Derived from both Western and Eastern influences, Polarity Therapy uses universal healing principles which lead toward greater wellbeing and consciousness. It is a holistic practice to balance the life energy (also known as prana or chi) in order to maintain optimal ealth.

Polarity Therapy was developed in the early 1900s by Dr. Stone, doctor of Osteopathy, Naturopathy and Chiropractic Medicine. He combined ancient medical wisdom and energy healing from around the world with modern day science. Incorporating hands on body work, intention and crystals to balance the body's energy system. Your energy system is the foundation to spiritual, emotional and physical well being; by bringing it into balance you are able to live a life of ease.

We will balance the 5 elements within the body, the 7 chakras and your aura. Releasing any past trauma, karma and expectations by doing the following:

• Discussion - what are you experiencing in your current life? Is there an underlying unhealed trauma that is the root cause creating your current reality?
• Cranial Sacral Therapy - placing your body into the parasympathetic mode for ultimate healing, rest and restore.
• Acupressure Techniques - balancing the elements (air, fire, water, earth, either) within your body. Each element is associated with a psychological function and organ/body part.
• Clear Quartz Crystals - activating, clearing and aligning your chakras, cleaning/clearing your aura.
• Depending on what the clients needs are some sessions may also include: essential oils, sound healing, guided breath work, expectation release and cord cutting, inner male/inner female balancing, oracle card reading, channeling a loved one or past life regressions.

Results vary from person to person most clients report the following:

• Decreased or eliminated stress, anxiety and depression.
• Increase of confidence and self worth.

Wear comfortable clothing, no hoodies or jeans. Come with no alcohol or caffeine in your system. If you must have caffeine try to stick to only one cup five or more hours prior to your session.

Crystal uses her intuitive gifts and ability to communicate with your spirit guides to help guide you through life by verbally giving you the advice and answers to your questions. Understanding your subconscious programming by identifying any patterns, ancestral lineage, previous traumas/times that are contributing to your present life. Bringing unconscious information into conscious awareness which shifts your perception. Using the newfound awareness to take action and make necessary changes to live the life you desire.

We are located in the Lakeside Office Suites with ample parking. When you pull into the parking lot it’s the Building behind the bank so the second building on the left it’ll say Door 6 outside on the building we get here. We are on the first floor. You’ll see Cultivate Clarity on the door. Come right on in and take a seat on the bench. The practioner will be right out for you as soon as they are done with their last client or workshop.

We require a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking please contact us via text or call at 978-530-6182 with 24 or more hours notice to avoid being charged a fee.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked service.
